  I am wondering if there is any problem with the domain names that I rightfully obtained through Snapnames' online auction and paid for by charging my credit card. Why is the whois info of the domain names not updated yet? I can't speak on the phone because I do not speak English so we can communicate through emails which I read and understand through online translation. Please respond ASAP.
